WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Looking to stay in the race for one of the five Commonwealth Conference playoff spots, the Lycoming College men's basketball team will host 22nd-ranked Messiah on Wednesday, Feb. 5, on Dutch Burch Court at Lamade Gym looking to come up with a statement win against the league leaders.

The Warriors (8-10 overall, 4-8 Commonwealth) narrowly fell to the Falcons (16-2 overall, 10-2 Commonwealth), 79-76, in the first meeting this season. The Falcons survived a late rally from the Warriors, with Brad Bolen icing the win with two free throws with 1.8 seconds left.

The game will feature two very good post-oriented offenses, with Lycoming's three starting posts averaging 37.1 points per game and Messiah's three posts averaging 34.8.
