Only thing left for Lycoming to do is win in finale against Hood

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - While several scenarios can play out on Saturday, Feb. 22, to help the Lycoming College men's basketball team's chances to make its third consecutive conference playoffs, it continues to be the simplest of solutions that will boost the team's playoff chances the most - a win.

The Warriors (12-11 overall, 8-9 Commonwealth) have surged into playoff contention by winning four of their last five games. Hood (16-8 overall, 10-7 Commonwealth), meanwhile, has clinched the No. 4 seed in the conference playoffs, its first berth since joining the league in 2012-13.

Warrior Notes
• The Warriors are looking to make the Commonwealth Conference Tournament for the third straight year, the longest stretch since the teams from 1999-04 made the postseason in six straight campaigns.

• With 1,226 career points, senior Kevin Anthony needs one more to tie Bill Trump (1990-94) for 17th in program history.

• Senior Justin Miller one more block to become the sixth player in school history to post 75 in a season.

• Senior Michael Rudy needs 12 more points to reach 800 in his career.

• Junior Pat Dougher needs 14 more points to reach 600 in his career.
