WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After a 4-1 month of December, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will look to continue rolling in the new year when it heads to Arcadia on Saturday, Jan.4, to resume its Commonwealth Conference schedule.
The Warriors (5-4 overall, 2-1 Commonwealth) narrowly fell to Susquehanna, 58-54, in their last outing in the championship of the Hoops for Hounds Tournament. Senior
Julia Antonelli led the team with 18 points and nine rebounds.
The Knights (6-4 overall, 0-3 Commonwealth) have been off since Dec. 18, when they fell to Lebanon Valley, 65-39. Sophomore Maureen Fiocca led the team with nine points and two assists.
Warrior Notes
• The Warriors are looking to improve to 6-4 for the first time since going 8-2 to start the 2008-09 season.

Julia Antonelli needs 11 more points to move past Kristin Friel (1986-90) for ninth in school history with 968 in her career.
• Antonelli needs two more rebounds to become the fifth player in program history to reach 600 in a career.
• Junior
Ali Derr scored a career-high 17 points against Susquehanna. Derr is averaging 12.3 points over the last four games.
• Junior
Janelle Ziminski notched a career-high six steals against the Crusaders, as she moved into the top 25 in school history with 91 career swipes. She needs nine more steals to become the 22nd player to post 100 in a career.
• Sophomore
Olivia Manges needs 18 points to reach 300 career points.
