Warriors hit the road looking to knock off nationally-ranked Lebanon Valley

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - With a three-way tie for first place in the Commonwealth Conference, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will look to shake up the league when it heads to 22nd-ranked Lebanon Valley looking to knock off the preseason favorite on Wednesday night, Jan. 15.

The Warriors (6-6 overall, 3-3 Commonwealth) are entering a stretch where they play all three of the team tied for first in the next four games, also hosting Stevenson (Jan. 19) and heading to Elizabethtown (Jan. 25).

The Flying Dutchmen (11-2 overall, 5-1 Commonwealth) are coming off a 55-52 upset loss at Stevenson. The team is led by junior guard Kiely Chaklos, who averages 11.6 points per game.

Warrior Notes
• The Warriors are 4-6 all-time on Jan. 15.

• Senior Julia Antonelli needs two points to become the ninth player in school history to reach 1,000 career points.

• With 617 career rebounds, Antonelli needs nine more to tie Annette Bieber for fourth in the school's career record book.

• Antonelli's 15.8 points per game is the highest average since Lyndy LeVan averaged 16.0 in 2001-02.

• Sophomore Chelsea Henderson posted her first career double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds against Widener. She is the third Warrior to notch a double-double this year, joining Antonelli and junior Ali Derr.

• Junior Janelle Ziminski needs six more steals to reach 100 in her career.

• Sophomore Olivia Manges leads the conference with a 2.1 assist-turnover ratio.
