WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - After a pair of tough losses, the Lycoming College men’s basketball team will look to get back on the winning track when it heads to Stevenson University for a key Commonwealth Conference matchup on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 12.
The Warriors (11-3 overall, 5-2 Commonwealth) fell to Lebanon Valley, 90-86, on Jan. 9. The team was led by 21 points and 12 rebounds from junior
Kevin Anthony and 19 assists from
Jerald Williams. Senior
Anthony Martin added 14 points and six rebounds and senior
Ihsaan Davis added 12 points.
The Mustangs (8-5 overall, 2-5 Commonwealth) dropped an 83-72 decision to Messiah on Jan. 9. Senior Brett Burrier led the team with 23 points.

Jerald Williams is six steals from becoming the third player in NCAA Division III history to reach 700 career assists and 300 career steals, where he would join Ramapo’s Tennyson Whitten (2000-03) and Ursinus’ Mike McGarvey (2003-06).
• With 165 assists this season, Williams needs 17 more helpers to tie his own mark from 2010-11, when he had 182, the second-best mark in school history.
