DALLAS, Pa. – The Lycoming College women’s soccer team fell to No. 21/24 Misericordia, 11-0, at Mangelsdorf Field in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 19. The Cougars improved to 6-0-1 overall and the Warriors fell to 1-5-1.
 
Sam Helmstetter and Erin Baker each had two goals and an assist for the Cougars and both Meghan Antrim and Alyssa Manno posted two goals.
 
Senior Jennifer Basch (Pottstown, Pa./Pottsgrove) made 10 saves for the Warriors. The Warriors took four shots, forcing Misericordia goalkeeper Maureen Ciccosanti to make three saves.
 
The Warriors have a quick turnaround, heading to Penn College for the Battle for the Lumber on Thursday, Sept. 20. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
