Warriors land four on All-Landmark team

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.  After a record-breaking 17-2-1 campaign, four Lycoming College women's soccer players - senior goalkeeper Riley Block (Hopatcong, N.J. / Morris Catholic), junior forward Mikayla Long (Lewisburg, Pa. / Lewisburg Area), sophomore midfielder Ella Magee (Selinsgrove, Pa. / Selinsgrove Area), and junior defender Norah Mosley (Robbinsville, N.J. / Allentown) - were selected Second Team All-Landmark Conference, the conference office announced on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Block earns second team honors for the second year in a row after finishing second in the conference in save percentage (.835) and allowing just 1.05 goals per match with five shutouts. She finished her career 31-6-7 in goal with 14 shutouts and is the school's all-time leader in save percentage (.841) and goals against average (0.99) for her career, while also ranking second in wins and shutouts.

Long is honored by the conference for the third year in a row, after being named Landmark Rookie of the Year in 2023 and taking first team accolades in 2024. Long tied for second in the conference with 10 goals scored, ranked second in total points (25), fourth in points per match (1.10) and tied for fourth in assists (5). She also tallied four game-winning goals this season. Long also tallied a hat trick at Keuka on Sept. 2, earning her an Landmark Conference Offensive Athlete of the Week award.

Magee earns second team honors for the second time in as many years on campus. She comes off a record-breaking season in which she led the conference in goals (16), assists (13), and points (45), setting schools records in assists and points and tallying the second-most goals in the program's history. Magee scored a hat trick against Pitt-Greenburg on Sept. 13 and tallied three multi-goal efforts, as well as earning a trio of Offensive Athlete of the Week awards from the conference.

Mosley shined in her first season after transferring from Oberlin College, notching seven goals and eight assists, finishing second in the conference in assists and fourth in total points (25) and tying for fourth in game-winning goals (4). Despite playing as a defender, Mosley notched a four-point week (one goal, two assists) in mid-October to earn Landmark Conference Offensive Athlete of the Week accolades on Oct. 20.

This is the second year in a row with at least four selections, after five Warriors were honored last year. Long (forward) and Haley Schafer (defender) earned first team honors in 2024, with Block (goalkeeper), Magee (midfielder), and forward Aubrey Williamson (Lititz, Pa. / Warwick) all earning second team nods last year.

Under ninth-year head coach Kenny Fern, the Warriors went 17-2-1 and 7-1-1 in the Landmark Conference this season, setting school records for wins (17), winning percentage (.875), conference wins (7), and longest winning streak (12 straight wins). The squad also set high-water marks for goals (76), assists (48), and points (200) and reached the Landmark Conference semifinals for the second year in a row.
