WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Coming off a pair of road wins against tough non-conference opponents in Wilkes and Susquehanna, the Lycoming College men’s basketball team will get set to host seven of the next eight games in Lamade Gym, starting by opening its Commonwealth Conference season against Alvernia on Wednesday, Nov. 28.
The Warriors (3-1 overall, 0-0 Commonwealth) placed seven players in double figures as the team came from 10 behind in the second half to down Wilkes, 109-102, in overtime. Sophomore

Kevin Anthony notched 15 in the win.
Alvernia (1-0 overall, 0-0 Commonwealth) posted an 85-80 win over Delaware Valley on Tuesday, Nov. 20.

Kevin Anthony is averaging 16.5 points and 11.5 rebounds in his last two games, posting double-doubles at Susquehanna and Wilkes.

Jerald Williams is 27 steals away from the top 25 in NCAA Division III history.
• Williams enters the game with 606 assists, which is 62 away from the MAC record of 668 set by Lebanon Valley’s Mike Rhoads from 1992-95.
• During the past four years, Williams has posted 18 double-figure assist games. All other players in the Commonwealth Conference have combined to post that feat just 11 times.
• The 109-102 win at Wilkes marked the 73rd time in the 65-year history of the Lycoming men’s basketball program that the team reached the 100-point mark.
