A double-double in a win against the MAC Commonwealth defending champion Stevenson on Saturday has helped junior Nicole Calella earn her fourth career Warrior of the Week award. The junior point guard had a tremendous week distributing the ball, posting 18 assists against just six turnovers in a pair of wins to open the Warriors' MAC Commonwealth season. Calella posted two points, two blocks and seven assists in a 63-48 win over Alvernia, as she also posted three steals to become the 25th player in school history to post 100 thefts. She was even better in a 69-61 win over Stevenson, posting 10 points and 11 assists for her first career double-double. Calella's 11 dimes are tied for the third most in program history and her average of 6.0 assists a game is second in the MAC Commonwealth.
