A pair of double-doubles against the top two teams in the MAC Commonwealth Preseason Coaches' Poll has helped junior Erica Lutz earn her fifth career Warrior of the Week award and her first of the season. The 6-0 forward posted 19 points and 11 rebounds against No. 11 Messiah and added 12 points and 11 rebounds against preseason favorite Widener. Lutz now has five double-doubles through the team's first 10 games this year. She is 17th in the MAC Commonwealth in scoring (11.3), eighth in rebounding (8.9), second in field goal percentage (.571) and seventh in blocked shots (2.1).
