By becoming the first Lycoming College female athlete to earn First Team All-Commonwealth Conference honors in the spring season since 2012, sophomore Kristi Weaver has earned her second Warrior of the Week award of the year. Weaver showed tremendous improvement throughout her sophomore year, as she turned into the team's ace pitcher and leadoff hitter. The team's first baseman and pitcher, Weaver finished fourth in the Commonwealth Conference in doubles (0.31) and third in sacrifice bunts (0.25) offensively. In the circle, she finished seventh in hits allowed (6.72), sixth in shutouts (2), fourth in wins (11) and second in walks allowed (0.73), where she also is currently 14th in the nation. She was even more clutch in conference play, posting a 5-5 record and a 2.08 ERA in the circle while hitting a team-best .333 with five runs, 15 hits, seven doubles and a homer in 16 league games.
