ANNVILLE, Pa. --- In a release from the Middle Atlantic Conferences, Lycoming College sophomore forward Mike Bradley has been named as the men’s basketball Commonwealth Player of the Week for Nov. 23.
 
Bradley (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Joseph’s Prep.) has also been named as the College’s Warrior of the Week after leading the squad to a 3-0 week.
 
The Warriors defeated PSU-Hazleton 88-72 on the road on Wednesday, Nov. 18, and two wins in the Tip-off Tournament, 84-53 over Franciscan on Saturday, Nov.21 and 79-50 over the College of Staten Island in the championship game of the 2009 Lycoming College Tip-Off Tournament on Sunday, Nov. 22.
 
Bradley was selected to the All-Tournament team, as well as being named the tournament's most valuable player. He averaged 14.3 points per game, shooting a solid .615 percent from the floor on the week. He also pulled down 26 rebounds, 15 of which were on offense, helping the Warriors score 55 second-chance points in those three games.
Lycoming’s sports information office will announce a Warrior of the Week through the 2009-10 academic year. The athletes will be featured on the homepage of the athletics Web site at athletics.lycoming.edu
