After setting a Lycoming single-game record for points and reaching 200 career goals last week for the women's lacrosse team, senior Riley Block has earned her sixth career Warrior of the Week award and her first of the season. Block scored three goals against Marywood on Wednesday, adding two caused turnovers and four draw controls, becoming the fifth player in school history to reach 200 career goals with her first of the day. She followed that with a record 14 points in a 17-2 win over Wilson, posting 10 goals and four assists, while adding six draw controls, two caused turnovers and two ground balls.
Block is fourth in school history with 212 career goals and fifth with 257 points. She is also tied for 10th with 54 caused turnovers. She leads the Landmark Conference with 5.33 goals and 6.67 points per game.
