TUNKHANNOCK, Pa. – Sophomore Tre Lesperance (Chadds Ford, Pa./Unionville) led the Lycoming College golf team with a 3-over-par medallist performance, as Lycoming had the top three finishers in a 318-351 dual meet win over Marywood University on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 12, at the par-71, 6,392-yard Stonehedge Country Club.
 
Lesperance posted three birdies and 12 pars during his round, posting an even-par 36 on the front nine to win the dual meet by four strokes over senior Will Eberz (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg), who notched a 7-over-par 78, carding two birdies and eight pars.
 
First-year Seth Fisher (Millville, N.J./Schalick), competing individually, posted a 9-over-par 80, posting a birdie and eight pars.
 
Rounding out the scoring four, sophomores Ryan Ault (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore Area) and Colby Seiler (Lewistown, Pa./Mifflin County), who each posted a 12-over-par 83 to finish tied for fifth. Both had two birdies in their rounds.
 
James Corner led Marywood with a 9-over par 80 to tie for third.
 
The Warriors are back on the course on Tuesday, Sept. 15, when they head to Wyoming Valley Country Club for a 1 p.m., dual meet against King's College.
