Lycoming falls at Houghton

HOUGHTON, N.Y. – The Lycoming College field hockey team fell to Houghton University, 3-0, in non-conference action on Friday evening, Sept. 11.
 
The Warriors (2-2) fired 10 shots and forced six penalty corners in the game, as Houghton keeper Amber Cribbs made four saves. Courtney Walbridge let the Highlanders (3-1) with two goals and Adria Hartzler also scored.
 
Junior Hilary Clark (Wilmington, Del./John Dickinson) stopped four shots for the Warriors, as Houghton fired 20 shots.
 
The Warriors are back in action on Saturday, Sept. 12, when they head to SUNY Brockport for a 2 p.m. game.
