A.J. Llorente (Williamsport, Pa./Montoursville Area) pitched 7 2/3 innings of scoreless baseball, allowing just three hits, and sophomore
Eric MacCluen (Downingtown, Pa./Bishop Shanahan) had three hits and scored two runs to lead the Lycoming College baseball team to a 5-0 win over Drew University, as Lycoming completed the three-game series sweep on Sunday, March 30, at Brandon Park.

Llorente (2-1) allowed just three hits and a walk, striking out four during his time on the mound, throwing 98 pitches before yielding to first-year
Eddie Weindel (Stewartsville, N.J./Philipsburg), who got the last out of the eighth inning. Sophomore
Grayson Rinker (Jersey Shore, Pa./Montoursville Area) finished the game, allowing a walk in a scoreless ninth, striking out one.

The Warriors improved to 14-9 overall and 6-2 in the Landmark Conference, a half-game ahead of Wilkes University, which is 13-7 and 7-3, at the top of the conference standings after a third of the conference season has been completed.

Kaden Shay (South Williamsport, Pa./South Williamsport) went 2-for-3 with a RBI and senior
Danny DeLucas (Whittier, Calif./La Serna) extended his hitting streak to a school-record 19 games with a 2-for-5 game with an RBI. Llorente was also 1-for-1 with a run, a RBI and two walks.

Lycoming scored single runs in the second, third, fifth, sixth, and seventh innings. Llorente scored the first run in the second, singling to lead off. He scored on a two-out single by Shay. Brody Lindsey (Monrovia, Md./DeMatha Catholic) was intentionally walked, moved to second on a failed pickoff attempt and scored on a double down the line from sophomore
Sean Perkins (Berlin, N.J./Eastern Regional).

Jake Schilling (Levittown, Pa./Pennsbury) singled to lead off, moved to second on a sac bunt, third on a groundout and scored on a two-out single from DeLucas. In the seventh, MacCluen and Lindsey singled before Perkins sacrificed them over. After an intentional walk, junior

Matt Colucci (2-3) pitched 4 1/3 innings, allowing six hits, five walks and two earned runs. He struck out four for the Rangers (10-13 overall, 3-8 Landmark).
