First-year Jocelyn McCracken (Jersey Shore, Pa. / Jersey Shore Area) had a tip-in and junior Allison Fisher (Lower Burrell, Pa. / Burrell) followed up on the momentum by adding a jumper to start the fourth quarter. Emlet and McMurtrie also contributed free throws in the third and fifth minutes before Reisinger posted a jumper in the sixth minute.

Catholic jumped out with 10 straight points to start the first period before Fisher hit a 3-pointer in the third minute. The Cardinals fired back with a trey of their own a minute later. With less than three minutes on the clock, senior Meghan Dufner (Washington, N.J. / Warren Hills Regional) and Reisinger each added a layup. In the last second, Reisinger pushed a tip-in into the net, rebounding off a missed layup to bring the score to 23-9.

Senior Mya Wetzel (Frackville, Pa. / North Schuylkill) drained a 3-pointer to start the second-quarter scoring for Lycoming. Less than a minute later, Dufner hit a free throw before Reisinger followed up with two more. Dufner soon returned to the line, adding two more free throws. With two minutes remaining, Reisinger returned to the court and hit a layup, but the Warriors trailed 47-19 at halftime.

To kick off the third quarter, junior Kami Abdo (Pottsville, Pa. / Nativity BVM) passed the ball to senior Ashley Yoh (Myerstown, Pa. / Eastern Lebanon County), who made a jumper less than a minute after play restarted.  McCracken hit a layup and followed up with a free throw later in the period.
