Â
The first half was played at a frenetic pace, with both teams shooting well. The Warriors (2-11 overall, 1-5 Landmark) shot 47 percent (16-of-34) but were outpaced by the Greyhounds (9-4 overall, 4-2 Landmark), who shot 61 percent (23-of-38), helping it take a 61-44 lead into the break.
Â
Moravian started the game on a 15-2 run before Pardoe and Shanahan canned a pair of 3-pointers. The Greyhounds scored 11 of the next 13 points and maintained a 10-point lead the rest of the way, although the Warriors did have a seven-point run keyed by five points from Komitski, who converted a driving dunk and followed that with an old-fashioned three-point play to make it 46-33 with 5:52 left in the period.
Â
The team's cooled off slightly in the second half, with Moravian shooting 51 percent (20-of-39) in the period and the Warriors countered at 38 percent (12-of-32). Shanahan scored 11 of his 20 points in the half.
Â
Chad Kratzer led the Greyhounds with 34 points and eight 3-pointers and Marquis Ratcliff added 32 points, eight rebounds and two blocks.
Â
