Kendall Myers (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Trinity) added eight, as Lycoming (4-1 overall) notched 44 digs.

After controlling the first set, the Warriors stormed back from a 22-19 deficit in the second set, going on a 6-1 run to clinch the set. The Lions held a 23-22 lead in the third set as well, but Lycoming closed out the match with three straight points.

Gracie Vaughn led Mont Alto (0-5 overall) with 17 kills, Kylie Denlinger added 30 assists and Brooke Denlinger notched 11 digs.

The Warriors are back on the court on Saturday, Sept. 9, when they head to Keystone College for a tri-match, facing Marywood at 1 p.m. and the host Giants at 3 p.m.
