Warriors fall to Catholic

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa.- The Lycoming College field hockey team fell to the Catholic University of America, 5-0, in Landmark Conference action on Saturday, Oct. 14 at UPMC Field.

Junior Halie Woodring (Hummelstown, Pa./Lower Dauphin) had a shot on goal for the Warriors (4-9 overall, 0-6 Landmark). Sophomore goalkeeper Isabella Bobé (York Springs, Pa./Bermudian Springs) had 11 saves with a total of 18 shots coming in her direction. Lycoming also had two penalty corners.
Forward Niki Micciche scored three of five goals for Catholic (9-4 overall, 5-1 Landmark), scoring twice in the second quarter and once in the third. 
The Warriors host Wilkes University in a Landmark Conference game on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. at UPMC Field.
