Owen Zimmerman (Stevens, Pa./Cocalico) led the Lycoming College men's lacrosse team and finished with five goals for the second straight game, but a run of six straight goals in the first half helped Neumann University take a 10-7 non-conference decision on Saturday afternoon, March 26, at UPMC Field.

Rory Hines (Cortland, N.Y./Cortland) notched a goal, an assist and a groundball and sophomore
Evan Unser (Smithtown, N.Y./Smithtown West) scored his second goal of the season.

Dominick Massaro (Centereach, N.Y./Sachem North) led the Warriors (4-5 overall) with two assists, a groundball and caused turnover. Junior
Joe Corozzo (Glen Head, N.Y./North Shore) posted five groundballs and three caused turnovers, while junior
Brody Balasa (Dresher, Pa./Upper Dublin) had four caused turnovers. First-year
Ryan Farrell (Swedesboro, N.J./Archmere Academy) also had an assist off a faceoff win.

As the clock ran to zero heading into the half, Unser found the back of the net off a pass from senior

Troy Scozzafava (Coopersburg, Pa./Southern Lehigh) won the ball in the Warriors' zone, as Neumann took an 8-3 lead at the break after scoring six straight goals between the first and second quarters.

Zimmerman's goal for the hat trick came with 13:09 left in the third, assisted by Massaro. With twenty-four seconds left in the period, he scored his fourth and seconds later, added his fifth goal, putting the Warriors within three as the fourth quarters started. Hines's goal at 5:33 in the fourth put the Warriors within two, but the Knights' Wyatt Belotti iced the game with a score with just over a minute left.

Drew Conlon led the Knights with four goals, two assists, two groundballs, and three caused turnovers. Wyatt Belotti and Jake Marchiafava each had five groundballs.

First-year goalkeeper
Ben Franco (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus) made 20 saves and collected three groundballs. Marchiafava finished with 11 saves.
