WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Junior 141-pounder Wiley Kahler (Pottsville, Pa./Nativity BVM) led the Lycoming College wrestling team with a trio of pins, as Lycoming handled Keystone College, 60-0, Oswego State, 36-15, and Pitt-Bradford, 48-4, in a quad-meet at Lamade Gym on Saturday, Dec. 10.
 
The Warriors (3-2 overall) won 26 of the 30 contested varsity bouts and even added six exhibition match wins. Senior 157-pounder Hunter O'Connor (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore Area) posted two pins and a tech fall, as he and Kahler were the only Warriors to wrestle all three duals.
 
The Warriors put up six bonus-point wins in the second match of the day against Oswego, as the team won seven of the 10 matches for a 36-15 win.
 
Sophomore 125-pounder Kaden Majcher (Turbotville, Pa./Warrior Run) started the match with a 52 second pin before Oswego tied it with a pin. Junior 141-pounder Wiley Kahler (Pottsville, Pa./Nativity BVM) put the Warriors out front, though, with a pin in 1:23, starting a run of four straight Warrior wins. After a win by decision at 149, O'Connor and senior 165-pounder Preston Rogers (Towanda, Pa./Towanda Area) each notched tech falls to make it 25-6 lead. Oswego closed within 25-15 before junior 197-pounder Gable Crebs (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) added a 59-second pin and senior heavyweight Connor Fulmer (Catawissa, Pa./Southern Columbia) notched a tech fall to round out the win.
 
In the opening match, the Warriors ran off a string of five pins from 141 and 174 and got the benefit of five forfeit wins to post a perfect 60-0 win over Keystone.
 
Kahler started the run at 141 with a pin with three seconds left in the first period before first-year Kobin Karper (Boiling Springs, Pa./Boiling Springs) notched his in 91 seconds at 149. Senior 157-pounder Hunter O'Connor (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore Area) added his 11^th win of the year with a pin in 1:44 and senior Preston Rogers (Towanda, Pa./Towanda Area) added a second-period pin after starting on top at 165. First-year Eli Crum (Carlisle, Pa./Boiling Springs) capped the run with a 71-second pin at 174.
 
To cap the event, the Warriors had five pins and eight bonus-point wins to down Pitt-Bradford, 48-4.
 
Majcher started out with a second-period pin at 125 before Kahler, Karper and O'Connor all had first-period sticks to build a 30-0 lead after the 157-pound match. Crum added a major decision at 174 before Crebs notched a tech fall at 197 and Fulmer ended the dual with a 55-second pin.
 
The Warriors will now get set to take on final exams before hosting the Rennie Rodarmel Allstate Duals on Monday, Dec. 19, as they will face SUNY Cortland at 1:30 p.m. and Centenary (N.J.) at 3 p.m.
