Jason Anderson (Littlestown, Pa./Littlestown) and first-year
Domanick Young (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) led the Lycoming College men's tennis team with a doubles win and two singles wins, but the short-handed team fell to Penn College, 5-4, on Friday, Oct. 7, at Brandon Park.

Anderson and Young won their doubles match, defeating Jesse Kight and Logan Ogden, 8-4, before posting two individual wins. Anderson shutdown Kight in the No. 3 singles slot in a, 6-0, 6-2, victory. In the No. 4 singles position, Young defeated Zach Burkhart, 6-3, 6-0.

Nathan Redell (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro Area) defeated Paul Langbein, 6-4, 6-2, in the No. 1 singles slot for the third singles match win for the Warriors.

The Warriors fall to 0-2 overall and Penn College advances to 1-1.

The Warriors return to the court on Saturday, Oct. 8, when they take on Albright College in Reading, Pa. at 12 p.m.
