WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – With the spring session of the season soon to be underway, the Lycoming College men's tennis team has been selected to finish seventh in the MAC-Freedom Tennis Coaches' Preseason poll, the conference office in Annville, Pa., announced on Friday, Jan. 28.
The Warriors received 17 votes in the poll. Stevens (49) was the unanimous selection to finish first with seven first-place votes. Wilkes (40), FDU-Florham (35), DeSales (33), Arcadia (22) and King's (20) round out the top six placements. Misericordia (8) finishes off the poll.

th year head coach LeRoy Bear, the Warriors finished the fall session with a 2-3 record after defeating Albright College, 8-1, in their last meet of the fall. Senior
Casey Haas (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) and junior
Jason Anderson (Littlestown, Pa./Littlestown) tied to lead the Warriors in singles wins, each posting a 3-4 record. Sophomore
Luke Leach (Wellsboro, Pa./Wellsboro Area) led the men with a 4-5 doubles record.
The Warriors kick off the spring session on Tuesday, March 22, when they travel to Moravian College for a 4 p.m. match in Bethlehem, Pa.
