Box Score WILKES-BARRE, Pa.- First-year Rei Saar (Montoursville, Pa./Montoursville Area) bowed out of the MAC Individual Championship on Sunday morning, Sept. 12, at Kirby Park, falling in her semifinal match to top-seeded Isabella Dona of Stevens in the fifth flight of singles play to wrap up play for the Lycoming College women's tennis team.
 
Saar opened the tournament on Saturday with a 1-6, 6-4, 10-5 superset win over Abbie Hoffer of Lebanon Valley before beating DeSales' Hope Hoppe, 6-4, 7-5, to reach the semifinals. Dona notched a 6-0, 6-0 win.
 
The Warriors head to Juniata to open their dual-meet season on Wednesday, Sept. 15, for a 3:30 p.m. match.
