Dominick Massaro (Centereach, N.Y./Sachem North) led the Lycoming College men's lacrosse team with two goals and two assists, but Messiah University posted an 18-7 non-conference win at the Messiah Lacrosse Field on Wednesday, March 31.

Owen Zimmerman (Stevens, Pa./Cocalico) added two scores and three groundballs and freshman
Lucas Podvey (Montclair, N.J./Montclair) had a goal, an assist and eight groundballs as he won 11 faceoffs. Sophomore
Rory Hines (Cortland, N.Y./Cortland) also had a goal and an assist to go with two groundballs and freshman
Max Anderson (Harrisburg, Pa./Homeschooled) had two assists. Junior
Blake Premo (Massena, N.Y./Massena) added a goal, four groundballs and a caused turnover.

The Falcons started the game with 12 of the first 13 goals before Zimmerman and Podvey scored back-to-back goals in a 14-second span late in the third quarter.

The Warriors scored four man-up goals in the final quarter, with Massaro scoring two goals and assisting the two others in the period.

Owen Joyce led the Falcons with four goals and three assists and Sam Stone notched three goals and two assists to lead the team. Frank Honey picked up eight groundballs and Kyle Anderson notched three caused turnovers.

Sophomore
Sean Sonnie (Cinnaminson, N.J./Cinnaminson) posted 14 saves in the first three quarters before sophomore
Dan Cantafio (West Seneca, N.Y./West Seneca West) stopped one shot in the first fourth quarter. Jacob Fahnestock stopped seven shots in the first 47 minutes for the Falcons to earn the win.
