WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. – Down by nine points three minutes into the second half, the Lycoming College men's basketball team used four players that finished with at least 15 points to grind back into the game and eventually overcome a game University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg team, 75-64, on Friday evening, Nov. 12, at Lamade Gym.

Mo Terry (Severn, Md./Severn School) posted 20 points and eight rebounds to pace the Warriors, while sophomore
Steven Hamilton (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area) added 18 points, five rebounds and five assists. Junior
Dyson Harward (Danville, Pa./Danville Area) notched 16 points, 11 rebounds and four blocked shots and sophomore
Brendan Blackson (Laurel, Md./Laurel) had 17 points off the bench.

The Warriors (2-1 overall), after shooting 33 percent from the field in the first half to fall behind by five at the break, 30-25, shot 53 percent in the second half (17-of-32), pouring in 50 points in the final 20 minutes, finishing the game 44 percent (26-of-59) from the field.

Jojo France converted three free throws with 17:08 left to give Pitt-Greensburg (0-3 overall) a 39-30 lead. The Warriors gradually worked back into the game over the next 11 minutes, cutting the lead to five with 11:42 left after a jumper from Blackson, who also brought the Warriors within two points with 8:46 left with a layup before Harward hit a layup underneath with 6:10 left to give Lycoming a 60-58 lead.

In the final six minutes, the Warriors hit 6-of-9 from the field, including canning two 3-pointers while holding the Bobcats to just three field goals, with Terry scoring seven points in the closing 17-6 run.

The Warriors jumped out to a 9-0 lead, but the Bobcats responded with a 24-5 run over the next 13 minutes to lead 24-14 after Matt Johnson drained a 3-pointer. The Warriors responded with a 3-pointer from Blackson, but weren't able to cut within a possession of the Bobcats until the Blackson layup with 8:46 left.

France led the Bobcats with 15 points and three assists, Reggie Priah notched 14 points and seven rebounds and Micah Jones had 11 points and eight rebounds.

The Warriors wrap up their season-opening homestand on Saturday, Nov. 13, at 1 p.m. when they take on McDaniel to close out the Crosstown Challenge at Lamade Gym.
