Duc Dang (Winooski, Vt./Winooski) picked up his first win of the season at No. 6 singles, but the Lycoming College men's tennis team fell to Mount Aloysius College, 8-1, in a non-conference match on Saturday afternoon, Feb. 24, at the Ebensburg Tennis Center.

Dang earned an 8-3 win over John Branick and senior
Rob Smith (Middleburg, Pa./Selinsgrove) put up a good fight at No. 2 singles. Smith won the first set 6-2, before falling in the second set and dropping a superset tiebreaker, 11-9.

Mitch Wheary (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) teamed up for a tightly contested match at No. 1 doubles, dropping an 8-5 decision.

The Warriors (3-5) return to the courts on Thursday, March 8, at 4 p.m., against Clarks Summit University for a non-conference match.
