SOUTH ABINGTON, Pa. – Sophomore
Mitch Wheary (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) put up a tough fight at the No. 1 singles spot, narrowly falling in three sets, and the Lycoming College men's tennis team fell to Clarks Summit University, 9-0, in a non-conference match on Thursday afternoon, March 8, at Birchwood Tennis Club.
Wheary dropped the three-set match, 6-4, 5-7, 6-1 to Jason Muller.
The Warriors return to the courts on Monday, March 26, at 3:30 p.m. when they host Keystone at Bruce Henry Park.
