WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Coming off a 15-point win in the MAC Commonwealth opener, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will get back on the court on Saturday, Dec. 5, when it hosts the defending conference champs, Stevenson University, in a 1 p.m. tilt.

The Warriors (4-3 overall, 1-0 MAC Commonwealth) played one of their most consistent games of the season en route to the 63-48 win over Alvernia, shooting 44 percent from the field and forcing 23 turnovers that led to 22 points.

The Mustangs (3-2 overall, 1-0 MAC Commonwealth) opened their conference season with a convincing 63-49 win over Messiah, with junior Sara Tarbert leading the way with 17 points and eight rebounds.

• The Warriors lead the MAC Commonwealth with a .752 free throw percentage and a 5.57 turnover margin.

• Senior Chelsea Henderson needs seven more points to become the 40th player in school history to score 500 in a career.

• Junior Nicole Calella needs seven more assists to move past Mindy Culp (2001-05) for eighth in school history with 216 career assists and nine more to move past Jen Holt (1995-98).

• Senior Olivia Manges needs to hit two more 3-pointers to tie Holt (1995-98) for eighth in school history with 96 in her career.

• Calella became the 25th player in school history to post 100 steals in a career with her last of three against Alvernia. Manges is five swipes from the milestone.

• Henderson and Calella are tied for third in the MAC Commonwealth with 2.3 steals per game.
