WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Coming off a win in which each of the team's 12 players scored, the Lycoming College women's basketball team will get back on the court on Saturday, Nov. 21, when it hosts local rival Penn College in Lamade Gym.
The Warriors (2-1 overall) jumped out to a 24-5 lead in the first quarter of a win over Penn State Hazleton and never looked back, cruising to a 75-55 win. All 12 players on the roster scored, led by 11 points and nine rebounds from senior
Olivia Manges.
The Wildcats open their 2015-16 season against the Warriors after posting a 13-12 record last year. The team is led by junior Alicia Ross, who averaged 17.5 points per game, and senior Jamie Steer, who added 16.6.
