DALLAS, Pa. – The Lycoming College women's tennis team continued its stretch of three road matches to open the spring portion of its 2013-14 schedule by facing the Misericordia University on Saturday afternoon, falling 9-0 at the Misericordia Tennis Complex.
 
The Warriors (1-5 overall) were led by junior Shannon Sheridan (Danville, Pa./Danville Area), who fell at No. 1 singles to Cassie Foy, 6-1, 6-3.
 
Misericordia improved to 6-5 overall.
 
The Warriors get back on the court on Saturday, March 29, when they wrap up their road stretch by opening the Commonwealth Conference schedule at Albright at 1 p.m.
