WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Looking to rebound from its first loss of the season, the Lycoming College men’s basketball team is set for its Gold Rush game against Commonwealth Conference foe Lebanon Valley on Wednesday, Jan. 11 in the finale of a doubleheader at Lamade Gym. All fans are asked to wear gold at the game to support the Warriors.
Lycoming (12-1 overall, 2-0 Commonwealth) is coming off a narrow 82-80 loss at King’s, as sophomore
Kevin Anthony led the Warriors with a career-high-tying 28 points and sophomore
Ihsaan Davis added 20.
Lebanon Valley (8-5 overall, 1-1 Commonwealth) is led by the league’s top two scorers in junior forward Danny Brooks, who averages 21.1 points per game, and senior Joe Meehan, who adds 18.2 points per game.
Warrior Notes
• The Warriors haven’t beaten Lebanon Valley at home during the regular season since 1967. They beat the Dutchmen, 71-56, in the Commonwealth Conference semifinals in 2008.
• The Warriors are 17-13 (.567) in Guy Rancourt’s four years as head coach in games following a loss.

Jerald Williams has 12 double-figure assist games in his career and he has gotten at least 10 in each of the last three games.
