The trio of wins starts the Warriors’ 2009-10 season off with a 3-0 record. Lycoming beat Thiel College 29-9, Baldwin-Wallace 29-15 and The College of Mount Saint Joseph 42-6.

Dahlheimer (Red Lion, Pa./Red Lion) won his first match 8-2 over Thiel’s Alex Miller. He pinned his next two opponents in the 165-pound weight class, in a time of 1:07 against Baldwin-Wallace’s Joe Georgian and in 2:19 against Timothy Pope of Mount Saint Joseph.

Several other Warriors went 3-0 on the day. At 125 pounds, Walker Faison (Virginia Beach, Va./Cox) earned a pin in the first minute of his match against Theil’s Wes Wertz. Russel Korbel (Asbury, N.J./North Hunterdon) added two pins to the Lycoming total while adding a decision in his second bout of the day.
