With a gutsy performance to earn a pair of wins for an undermanned Lycoming men's tennis team in its spring opener, freshman Jason Anderson has earned his first career Warrior of the Week award. Forced to move up a slot in the lineup in the match with Alfred University, Anderson teamed with sophomore Casey Haas to post an 8-2 win at No. 2 doubles against Reeder Bruffey and Adam Shearer. He followed that with a gutsy 7-6 (5), 6-4 win over Shearer at No. 4 singles. Anderson is now 5-2 this year in singles play and 4-3 in doubles.
