By setting a new Commonwealth Conference record, sophomore Jerald Williams has earned his third Warrior of the Week honors of the season, tying football's Josh Kleinfelter and women's swimming's Stacy Flick for the most in 2010-11. Williams averaged 12.0 points, 10.3 assists, 4.0 rebounds and just 1.7 turnovers per game in a record-breaking three-game week for the Warriors. He earned the Basinger Memorial Tournament MVP honors after wrapping up a string of a school-first three straight games with 10 assists. He posted seven points, 10 assists, six steals and five rebounds in just 17 minutes against Penn State DuBois and followed that with seven points, a conference-record 17 assists, six rebounds and four steals in a 92-76 win over Freedom Conference leader Delaware Valley in the tournament's championship. Williams also notched a career-high 22 points to go with seven assists, three steals and three rebounds against Widener on Saturday, pacing the Warriors with a career-high four 3-pointers.
