After reaching another milestone, senior Kelly McGinniss has earned her sixth career Warrior of the Week award and the second of the season. McGinniss notched six goals, 15 draws and three ground balls in a 16-15 loss to DeSales. She followed with four goals and 14 draws in a setback at Oswego. Along the way, she became the fourth player in school history to reach 250 career points. With her third of four goals at Oswego, she moved past Megan McIntyre (2007-10) for third place in the school's record book in points. With 253 career points, McGinniss is 23 from the school record of 276 set by Megan Wallenhorst (2005-08). Her 226 goals are just seven shy of Wallenhorst's school record. McGinniss also moved into a tie for ninth in Division III history with 448 career draws with Eleanora Keene of Guilford (2012-15). She leads the MAC Commonwealth in both goals (5.5) and draw controls (16.0) early in the season.
