A tournament MVP effort has helped junior Alex Newbold earn his third career Warrior of the Week award. Newbold averaged 12.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steal per game while helping Warriors to Louis Fleming Basinger Memorial Tournament championship. He posted 12 points, seven rebounds, four assists and a steal in 65-47 win over Fredonia and 12 points, 13 rebounds and a steal in 65-63 win over Delaware Valley. The junior iced Lycoming's win over Delaware Valley by hitting 3-of-4 free throws in final 46 seconds of game.
