After tossing her first career no-hitter and the 12th in school history to cap the softball team's trip to Myrtle Beach, senior Caroline Lapano has earned her first career Warrior of the Week award. In the circle, Lapano went 3-0 with a 0.35 ERA after entering the season with a career 5.12 ERA. She started the year as the opening day starter, tossing four innings of two-hit ball against Hilbert to earn a win. She earned her second win by allowing one unearned run in six innings against Cairn, striking out 10 to earn the win. She then capped the  week with a five-inning no-hitter against Principia, walking two and striking out three in the gem. She event went 1-for-2 at the plate with a run and two RBI in the 13-0 win. Lapano leads the Commonwealth Conference with 20 strikeouts and is tied for second with three wins.
