With a seven-hitter to clinch the Warriors' first appearance in the Commonwealth Conference playoffs in school history, sophomore Brie Braga has earned her first career Warrior of the Week honors. Braga threw one of the best games of her career against Widener on Saturday, allowing seven hits and striking out six in the 3-2 come-from-behind win, helping the Warriors clinch their first postseason berth since 2005. She wasn't done, though, as she played a key role in the four-run sixth-inning rally in the second game to help the Warriors post a 4-1 win. With the Warriors' down 1-0, Braga drilled a two-strike pitch into right field with runners on second and third to tie the game before coming around to score the third run.
