By winning his first tournament title of the 2014-15 season, sophomore wrestler Nolan Barger has picked up his second career Warrior of the Week award. Barger improved to 28-7 on the year en route to the title at 165 pounds, as he opened the tournament with a pin of Waynesburg's Eric Tuck in 2:38. He followed that with a 1-0 decision against Thiel's Brandon Collins, listed as a contender by d3wrestle.com, and then he pinned Baldwin Wallace's David Shapiro in 38 seconds in the semifinals. He earned a medical forfeit over Waynesburg's Sam Guidi in the championship.
