Lycoming College

Sophomore Michelle Herman (Altoona, Pa./Hollidaysburg Area) became the first Lycoming College women’s cross country runner to earn All-Middle Atlantic Conference honors in 16 years on a snow-filled Messiah College at the MAC Championships to earn the fifth Warrior of the Week honor of her career and her second straight accolades.  Herman led the women’s squad as she finished 18^th to earn Second Team All-MAC honors, becoming the first runner at Lycoming to earn all-league laurels since Beth McCarthy finished sixth in 1995.
