2011: Became first Lycoming women's runner since 1995 to earn All-MAC honors, earning a second team nod after finishing 18th at the MAC Championships with a time of 26:02.10 ... ran in all seven meets ... won the Cabrini Invitational with a time of 21:11 on the 5K course ... notched four top-20 finishes ... wrapped up season by posting season-best time of 25:48 at the NCAA Mideast Regionals ... won Sol "Woody" Wolf Award, given to the school's most improved junior student-athlete ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
2010: Was team’s top runner all year, competing in eight races … posted season-best 6,000-meter time of 24:47.04 at the MAC Championships to take 34th … added best 5,000-meter time of 20:58.60 at the Cougar Classic to finish fifth … came in fourth at the Colonel Classic with a time of 23:04 on a rain-shortened 3.5-mile course …took 15th at the Cabrini Invitational with a 5K time of 21:00.84 … took 134th at the NCAA Mideast Regionals in a field of 314 ... a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
2009: Ran in seven races ... reached the podium in ninth place at the Belmont 5K on Sept. 26 with a time of 21:07 ... took 94th place at 6,000-meter NCAA Mideast Regionals in a field of more than 300 ... finished regionals in a school-record 24:14.90.
High School: Named All-Blair County as a senior.
Personal: Daughter of Denny and Rebecca Whitesell … a biology major … favorite movie is “Inception.”
