With a first-place finish at the Cabrini Invitational, junior Michelle Herman has earned her first Warrior of the Week honors of the year and the fourth of her career. Herman paced the Warriors on the historic Fairmount Park course, posting a 21:11 on the 5K course to take the race, with also featured three runners from  Cabrini. Herman posted the best time of the season in the 5K for the Warriors at the meet, setting the stage for the Middle Atlantic  Conference Championships at Messiah College on Oct. 29.
