By scoring seven goals in a pair of hard-fought games for the Lycoming field hockey team, first-year Lacy Eckard has earned her first career Warrior of the Week award. Eckard notched two fourth-quarter goals to give Lycoming a 3-1 lead over Houghton with back-to-back goals off penalty corners. She ten scored a school-record five goals and broke a record with 10 points in a 6-0 win over Keuka, scoring twice in third and twice in the early moments of fourth quarters. Through two weeks of play, Eckard leads the Landmark Conference with eight goals and also leads the league with an average of 4.0 points per game.
