2022: Started all 18 games as a defender … set school record with 31 caused turnovers … picked up 58 ground balls … member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
2021: Started two games … a member of the MAC Academic Honor Roll.
2020: Appeared in three games on defense … caused first career turnover against Washington & Jefferson and collected two groundballs.
High School: A three-year letterwinner in lacrosse and football at Upper Dublin … a second-team all-league defenseman as a senior and a second-team all-league longstick midfielder as a junior … helped team to trip to state tournament as a junior … a first-team all-league tight end and linebacker in football as a senior, helping team to a district title and a trip to the state semifinals … also played with the Bandits Lacrosse Club.
Personal: Son of David Balasa and Christie Derr-Balasa … has three sisters, Dayna, Demi and Danielle … a sociology major.
