Former Goshen College standout Sean Day is set for his first year on the sideline with the Warriors in 2014-15.
Day spent the 2013-14 season as a graduate assistant at Florida State, assisting the coaching staff with practice and individual workouts. He was also responsible for helping with film breakdown, supervising the staff of managers and assisting with the marketing and organization of the Leonard Hamilton Summer Basketball Camp.

He began his coaching career in 2012 as a student assistant at his alma mater, Goshen College, in 2012-13. Â Day began his college career as a walk-on with NCAA Division I Central Michigan University before transferring to Goshen, where he lettered for two seasons. He appeared in 60 career games, posting 107 points, 198 rebounds and 65 blocks before entering his career on the sidelines in 2012-13.

Day was also a two-time state champion at Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne, Ind., where he was a starter for the squad.

Day earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Goshen in 2013. He is currently completing work on a Master of Science in Sport Management from Florida State.
