A three-year student manager with Syracuse University's men's basketball program, Nikolai Arnold is in his third year as an assistant coach at Lycoming College in 2020-21.
In his first two years at Lycoming, he has helped the Warriors to a 25-11 overall record and a pair of conference championships. Involved in all aspects of the program, especially opponent scouting, recruiting and practice planning, Arnold has helped mentor five all-conference selections during his time at Lycoming.
A native of Englewood, Colo., Arnold played high school basketball at Kent Denver and also coached an 8th-grade AAU team, the Colorabo Miners, before going on to college, where he worked with the Orangemen for three years, participating in a variety of aspects of the team's game-planning and gameday activities. He also served as the university's club team coach for two seasons.

Arnold earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management from Syracuse University in 2019.
