Former University of Pittsburgh student manager Josh Einhorn is in his third year as an assistant men's basketball coach at Lycoming College. He has been involved in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, film breakdown and analysis and game preparation.

Einhorn has helped the Warriors to a 43-14 record in his time in Lamade Gym, helping the Warriors win the 2017 MAC Commonwealth Championship. He has also helped the team attain spots in the D3hoops.com poll in each of the last two years, rising to as high as sixth in the 2017-18 poll as Lycoming enjoyed a 13-game winning streak to open the season. He has also helped the Warriors earn a spot in the NCAA Division III Tournament in 2017 and mentored four all-conference selections.
 
Einhorn served as a student manager for Pittsburgh for two seasons under former head coach Jamie Dixon, participating in practice drills and skill development, while also facilitating individual player workouts. He helped with daily practice plans and efficiency statistics and also developed knowledge of the team’s offensive and defensive philosophies and playbooks. He also served as a video statistics assistant for the Panthers’ video coordinator for four seasons, working with Synergy and SportsCode.
 
A native of Brookline, Mass., Einhorn coached a summer league team and also worked at Boston College’s basketball camp. He was a three-year member of Brookline High School’s varsity team.
 
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pittsburgh in 2016.
