Brandon Park

Located on the Northern edge of campus and directly in the middle of the route between Lycoming College and the Shangraw Athletic Complex, Brandon Park has a long history as one of the most important recreational areas in Williamsport. Home to Brandon Park Little League, a bandshell for concerts and an arboretum that takes up the Western side of the park, the park was given to the city in 1889 in memory of Jane Cummings Brandon.

The Lycoming tennis teams used the courts at Brandon Park from the program's inception in 1948 until 1972, a period of great prosperity for the men's tennis program, as it posted 64-33 (.660) record in that 35-year period.

After renovations including a significant upgrade to the lighting and resurfacing to the courts in the spring of 2019, the tennis courts are once again an ideal home for the Lycoming College tennis programs.
